The Light Blub Effect
Humanities.
We were just watching a movie on “Degenerate Art”.
From what I remember, it featured artists (in the late 1930s) that were “inspired(?)” by what they saw in WWI. The images and subject matter they painted was extremely disturbing.
From what I saw, the artists most definitely “changed” their style(s) after WWI. Images of death, pain, agony, etc.
